Returns

To file a return or complaint, please follow these steps:

1. Return/Complaint Form
   Fill out the return/complaint form and include it with the shipment. The document should contain the following details:

   • Full name
   • Email address or mailing address
   • Phone number
   • Product number
   • Reason for the complaint
   • Date of purchase and the date the defect occurred

2. Return the Product
   When filing a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
